Cauliflower is a choline rich vegetable, the key ingredient that makes cauliflower such a powerful brain food.  Many studies  show the positive effects of regular consumption of phosphatidylcholine or choline. Studies also show that too little choline may have a negative effect on the brain.

Outside of brain health, cauliflower is a wholesome vegetable with many health benefits.

Whew! That’s a lot of nutrients for a humble white brain-looking vegetable!

I always wonder if a vegetable looks like a brain, could it possibly be healthy for the brain? Why, yes! Cauliflower is a good source of choline, a B vitamin known for its role in brain development. Some studies show that it may boost cognitive function and improve learning and memory. It may even diminish age-related memory decline!
