Admission and Procedures

• If you wish to proceed with the admission procedure, fill the attached admission form & submit it along with the following documents at our School office.

1. Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate of the child for all grades, transfer certificate/school leaving certificate counter signed by district education department/International Board for Grade II onwards.
2. One certified photocopy of the school report of the previous year ( wherever applicable ) for record purpose only. [Kindly carry original Report card for verification]
3. 2 photographs of the child and one each of Parents with name of the child & Application Form No. written behind the photograph.
4. Address proof (Either latest Telephone Bill, latest Electricity Bill, Aadhar Card, Passport)
5. If adopted, document/ gazette/gazetted without documents.
6. Copy of UID No. (Aadhar Card)

• Office Timing : 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Saturday)
• Confirmation of admission is subject to realization of cheques and submission of duly filled Admission Form along with prescribed documents and Post dated cheques of the remaining Term.
• If the payment is made after the due date, late payment charges of 200/- per month will be applicable.

School Transport:

1. Parents must fill up the School Transport Form if they opt for School Bus Facility for their ward/s.
2. For the details of Bus route and School Transport Fees, one must contact the School Transport Department

Mont I	1st Jan 2023 (or Before) To 31st Dec 2023	3 years
Mont II	01st Jan 2022 & 31 Dec 2022	4 years
Mont III	1st Jan 2021 & 31 Dec 2021	5 years
Grade 1	1st Jan 2020 & 31 Dec 2020	6 years
