The School instills in children, a positive attitude towards physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. Physical education seeks to enhance self-esteem, varied sporting skills, and foster general health awareness in children.
Competitive sports and physical education are important aspects of life at Heritage International School. The school focuses on developing both physical fitness as well as skills in various sports.
Students are encouraged to participate in the following sporting activities and are also provided with specialized infrastructure and coaching to help propel their talent.





The School conducts Annual Sports wherein the focus is primarily on Athletics along with Inter House Single and group Events. Athletics inculcates in students the 3 P’s – Patience, Persistence and Practice. At Heritage, we encourage students to actively participate in various types of Athletic events.

The Bosco Group of Schools is well known for promoting Football and winning accolades in the Sport. Likewise at Heritage too, we continue with the tradition by being the First ever School in Kalyan East that is equipped with FIFA certified Football turf complete with dugouts and all the latest amenities, including state-of-the-art astro turf and floodlights to play in the evenings. The Institute gives special emphasis on Football by having Professional Trainers for coaching the Young Footballers.

Another feather in the already well adorned sporting cap of the school is the Badminton Court at Heritage International School. Our Badminton facility has a standard size Court where trained professionals use modern coaching techniques to bring out the best in the students.

The School has a modern Volleyball court for developing the skills of students. Regular practice is taken and students are encouraged to participate in District Tournaments and other competitions.
