Heritage International School, Kalyan, prides itself in being a responsible part of the ecosystem . And we strive every day to contribute to building better citizens of tomorrow. A strong sense of giving characterizes our ethos. At HIS, we strongly advocate being a part of the solution rather than the problem.

Our social initiatives across the verticals of environment, human rights, public health, and scientific research have been appreciated.

We are dedicated in instilling a sense of service, respect and compassion towards the community, especially towards the less fortunate. During the Joy of Sharing week, they are sensitized to the lives of others, and experience the positive feelings inherent in the act of giving. The students conduct various Fund Raising events and donate it to the needy through our activity of CARE TO SHARE.

The community outreach program aims to supports students to find there interests and encourage involvement in the school, local and global community to work towards making the work a better place.

We are actively involved in programs which are inclined towards the awareness and conservation of the environment, such as:

• Projects to promote and encourage environment stewardship
• ‘INDIA HOGA CLEAN ’ – A Cleanliness Drive
• ‘BEHTAR INDIA CAMPAIGN
• Tree Plantation.
• Involving in charity of clothes, food, stationary and book – ” Joy of Sharing. “
• Hosting special events to raise funds to help the unprivileged masses.
• Supporting Elderly homes, Orphanages, Animal Shelters and schools for the educationally and physically challenged in our community.
