Safety and Security

At HIS Kalyan, the safety and security of our students is of prime importance, and we always take utmost care to ensure the same. The entire premises is under CCTV surveillance 24×7 for constant monitoring. Our trained security team filters every visitor entering the school. Apart from the school buses, no other outside vehicle is permitted to enter in the school campus.

Students are always monitored, even when in class. For younger students, the support staff are always around to help. The teachers, coordinators and support staff always accompany students during arrival and dispersal. Buses are lined up to ensure efficient traffic control. All our school buses always have a female attendant on board. Heritage International School believes in the dictum SAFETY SAVES and therefore lays great stress on creating safe spaces and following stringent security measures for students.

Safety, Security & Surveillance Infrastructure

• The campus is equipped with 24×7 security cover, with guards stationed at the Front and Rear Gates of the building as well as patrolling the campus. Drills are conducted regularly and protocol is in place for various different scenarios.
• 24 hours security/surveillance is taken care of through CCTV Operator.
• Fire sprinklers, alarms and smoke detectors have been placed at regular intervals and are routinely checked.
• CCTV: All the buildings & outdoor fields are under surveillance, with event recording facilities to keep a check on any untoward incident.
• The school has installed a state-of-the-art fire-fighting system.
• At the Pre-Primary level, each class has two teachers and a helper in the classroom.
• Transport – GPS Enabled School Bus for live tracking of School Bus location.
• School personalized app for parents for update of daily attendance and all necessary school updates.
