The admission process is designed to be clear, simple and welcoming — we are here to support every family through every step of the journey.
Complete the Heritage admission form — available at the school office or online via the admissions portal — with all required details of the child and parents.
Gather and submit all required supporting documents at the School Office during office hours — Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Admission is confirmed subject to cheque realisation and submission of the duly filled form along with the prescribed documents and post-dated cheques for the remaining term.
Please ensure all documents listed below are ready before visiting the School Office. Carry originals for verification where indicated.
Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate of the child for all grades. For Grade II onwards — Transfer Certificate / School Leaving Certificate counter-signed by the District Education Department or International Board.
One certified photocopy of the school report of the previous year (wherever applicable) for record purposes only. Kindly carry the original Report Card for verification.
2 photographs of the child and one photograph each of both parents — with the name of the child and Application Form Number written on the reverse of each photograph.
Any one of the following: Latest Telephone Bill, latest Electricity Bill, Aadhar Card, or Passport — as valid proof of residential address.
If the child is adopted: Document / Gazette / Gazetted adoption document (with or without supporting documents, as applicable).
Copy of the child's UID Number (Aadhar Card) — mandatory for all admissions as per government requirements.

If payment is made after the due date, a late payment charge of ₹200/- per month will be applicable on the outstanding amount.
