The admission process follows the guidelines set by the Right to Education Act 2009 and Maharashtra State Board regulations. Pre-Enquiry Form
Collect and submit the Pre-Enquiry Form from the school office. Seat availability will be communicated once the form is received.
Submit Documents
Submit all required documents as listed in the checklist below. Ensure all copies are attested and originals are available for verification.
Confirmation
Once documents are verified and seats confirmed, complete the admission formalities and fee payment at the school office.

First step in the admission procedure — available at the school office
Admission for the new academic year commences on 14th November each year. Filling the Pre-Enquiry Form is the first and most important step in the admission procedure. Parents seeking admission for their wards can avail Pre-Enquiry Forms directly from the School Office.
Availability of seats will be communicated to parents once they fill their pre-enquiry form. Admission procedures laid down by the School are strictly adhered to as given below.

ℹ️ Age criteria is for Academic Year 2026–27 as per RTE Act 2009. For Grade 2 and above, admission is subject to seat availability and submission of Transfer Certificate. Please contact the school office for specific grade age requirements.

Original Aadhar card of the child and both parents along with one photocopy each. Required for all classes including PG.

Original Transfer Certificate or School Leaving Certificate from the school last attended, duly attested and signed by the Head of the Institution.
📄 Grade 2 & AboveCounter Sign of Area Education Officer
Counter signature of the Area Education Officer on the Leaving Certificate from the previous school.
⚠️ Not Required for Maharashtra StudentsStudying / Discontinued LC — Late Admissions
All admissions done after 15th June require a studying or discontinued Leaving Certificate, which is valid for only 30 days from the last date of attendance.

- Admission procedures laid down by St. John High School are strictly adhered to — no exceptions are made outside the prescribed process.
- Seat availability is communicated only after the Pre-Enquiry Form has been submitted at the school office.
- All documents must be produced in original at the time of admission for verification, along with self-attested photocopies.
- Students from outside Maharashtra are required to obtain the counter-signature of the Area Education Officer on their LC.
- Admissions after 15th June require a valid studying/discontinued LC — ensure this is obtained from the previous school in time.
- Age criteria strictly follows the RTE Act 2009 guidelines. Children not meeting the age criteria will not be admitted to the respective grade.
