Four Steps to Joining St. John's
Fill the Enquiry / Admission Form
The first step is to fill in the Enquiry Form. You can do this in one of two ways — online or in person at the school:

Fill up the enquiry form using the online link below, then print the hard copy and submit it at the school office.
🏠 Visit the School
Come to the school office, meet the Administrative Staff, fill in the enquiry form in person and submit it directly to the office.
Interaction with the Head Mistress
Once your enquiry form has been reviewed and seats are available, parents and the student will be invited for a personal interaction with the Head Mistress of St. John High School.
This is a warm, informal interaction — not a formal examination. It is an opportunity for the school to understand your child and your family, and for you to ask any questions about the school, its values, curriculum and expectations. The Head Mistress is personally committed to ensuring every family feels welcome and informed from day one.
Confirmation Call from the School
After the interaction with the Head Mistress, the school will contact you with a Confirmation Call to inform you of the admission decision and guide you on the next steps to complete the process.
Please ensure that the contact number provided in your enquiry form is active and reachable. The confirmation call is made by the school's Administrative Staff and should be expected within a few working days of your interaction.
Complete Admission & Fee Payment
Visit the school to complete the final admission formalities. Submit your completed Admission Form along with all required documents (as listed in the Admission Criteria page) and complete the payment of the Admission Fee.
Once all documents are verified and fees paid, your child's admission to St. John High School is confirmed. Welcome to the St. John's family!

Complete Documents Required
All required documents must be complete and in order. If any document is missing or incomplete, you will not be eligible to complete the admission process until it is rectified.
Fees Are Non-Refundable
All admission fees once paid are non-refundable in part or in full. Please ensure you have reviewed all admission criteria before making the fee payment.
